Davyda Production is a corporate and event photography and videography company in NYC, founded and led by Anastasiia Davydova. We've shot 2,500+ events for clients including Porsche, Starbucks, the United Nations, Oliver Wyman, and Tishman Speyer.
We work on-site across NYC and travel nationwide. From the first planning call through shoot day, editing, and final delivery, one team runs the project end to end, so your team can focus on the event itself.

We'll kick off with a consultation call to learn about what brings you to us, your goals, timing, and budget. This information allows us to tailor our services to your photography requirements. During the call, we'll discuss your vision, preferred style, and any specific needs and special considerations for your project.

Next, we will scout locations to find the best settings and lighting for your project, if necessary. We will evaluate the availability of natural light, background options, and accessibility needed for the shoot. This step is optional and depends on your project requirements.

We will arrive at the location of the shoot 1-2 hours prior to setting up lighting and other necessary pieces of equipment. This preparation period will allow us to achieve the best lighting for your shoot and to test all of our equipment before you arrive, which will help maximize your actual shooting time.

Within 48 hours of your shoot, we'll send you a gallery of unedited preview images for you to review and select your favorites, depending on your project package.
Once you've made your selections, our team will professionally edit each chosen image with color correction, lighting adjustments, and subtle retouching to ensure a polished yet natural final result. For projects that don't include client selection, we'll curate the best images from your shoot to deliver.

The average turnaround time for your final retouched photos after the shoot will be 10-15 days, depending on the duration of your session and how extensive the editing will be.
If you have a deadline to meet and require delivery sooner, we can usually accommodate quicker service upon request. Simply let us know what date you need your images when booking.

Once editing is complete, you will receive a download link that will give you access to your high-resolution images. The files are prepared for any use, whether you need them for website builds, social media, or print. The link to your gallery will be active for 30 days.
